1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Fiduxa, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Fiduxa is a personal finance app for tracking accounts, cards, transactions, budgets, and reports. The service is provided “as is.”
3. Responsibilities
You are responsible for your credentials and the accuracy of data you enter. Fiduxa does not verify that information.
4. No financial advice
Fiduxa provides tracking tools, not financial, legal, or tax advice.
5. Intellectual property
The Fiduxa name, logo, and app design are proprietary and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Fiduxa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Fiduxa Pro is offered through auto-renewing subscriptions charged to Apple ID or Google Play. Renewal occurs unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage it in your device store.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account under these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
