Data Deletion Request

If you no longer wish to use Fiduxa, you can permanently delete your account and associated data from the app or request deletion by email.

How to request deletion

Email support-en@fiduxa.xyz from the same address used for Fiduxa, with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and a statement confirming deletion.

What is deleted

After validation, we process the request within 7 business days. Your profile, financial records, custom categories, preferences, and settings are permanently removed from active systems.

Data retention

Residual encrypted backups may remain for up to 30 days until automatically overwritten. They are not accessible or used for another purpose.

Important subscription note

Deleting your Fiduxa account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store settings.
